	Ronnie Pryor Owner / Senior Stylist / Advanced Colorist Ronnie Pryor has nearly 15 years of experience in the beauty industry and has led the Source Salon team since 2006. Ronnie transforms international fashion trends to fit the most diverse cross section of life in south Florida and travels across North America, taking his advanced coloring and styling skills to clients in remote locations such as the Bahamas and Isle Mujeres. In 2010, Ronnie became an educator for The Salon People (TSP), the sole distributor for Aveda in the state of Florida. He is now working with advanced colorists around the state. Ronnie began his career at Sagittarius Salon & Spa in Hagerstown, Md., studying under internationally trained stylist and colorist Marsha Knicley-Masood. He continues to perfect his craft, studying with world-renowned stylists, colorists and salons, including Aveda’s global technical artistic director David Adams, Frédéric Fekkai, Minardi Salon, Redken, Toni&Guy and Vidal Sassoon. In 2009, Ronnie was profiled in the FabJob Guide to Become a Hair Salon Owner.

	Majken Smith Senior Stylist / Advanced Colorist Majken Smith’s love for the planet and hair inspired her to work with Aveda and join the Source Salon team in 2001. With more than 22 years of experience, this New York native began her career in Soho, working under John Dellaria and training in his famous parametric hair cutting system. It wasn’t long before Majken landed behind the chair and under the spotlight as a platform, runway and editorial stylist. It was her work in editorial styling that first brought Majken to Miami in 1992.

	Dale Martin Senior Stylist / Advanced Colorist Dale Martin is a Chicago native with more than 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Dale began his career working at his mother’s salon at age four and has since owned several prestigious salons and studied under some of the top stylists in the country, including David Daines in New York. Dale trained with the Vidal Sassoon Academy and has been an Aveda hair color educator. He is also an accomplished makeup artist that learned the art of special effects from industry great Joe Blasco.

	Jay Reyes Stylist / Colorist Jay Reyes is a four-year veteran with the Source Salon team and has more than eight years of experience working with the Aveda network. Beginning his career at Salon Aura in Appleton, Wisc., in 2003, Jay creates fashion-forward styles for his clients through avant-garde and trendsetting hair color and design. Jay, an in-salon Aveda mentor, has studied under several salon greats, including American Crew, the Aveda Institute, Toni&Guy and Vidal Sassoon.

	Briana Tate Stylist / Colorist Briana Tate specializes in creating beautiful hair for beautiful people. A small town beauty queen from Arkansas, Briana’s precision cutting and coloring skills are unmatched. Briana joined the Source Salon team nearly five years ago and continues to take her cutting and coloring skills to the next level, studying with the Aveda Institute Florida, BES Beauty & Science, the Vidal Sassoon Academy and Wella Professionals.

	Jonathan Chong Stylist / Colorist Jonathan Chong is the newest member of the Source Salon team. With nearly five years of experience in the salon industry, Jonathan is known for creating contemporary shapes and styles. Jonathan studied at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, Calif., as well as the Aveda Institute Florida. He began his career apprenticing under Redken platform artist Dana Moore at Salon Dana in Coral Springs and has worked extensively with Wella Professionals at Regis Salons in Fort Lauderdale.

	Kelly LaLima Guest Relations Associate Kelly LaLima joined the Source Salon team in early-2009. Although Kelly is relatively new to the salon industry, this England native has been influenced by fashion and beauty from an early age. Kelly has worked in numerous sales and customer relations positions since moving to the United States in 1993. After relocating to south Florida in 2003, Kelly showcased her sense of style as a window designer for Chanel and Hermes.
